It is quite easy to make an email address that will point to your domain. This helps online businesses a lot, as it can actually make your website look and sound professional. To setup a customized email address for your site, here are the simple steps that you need to do:
1. Login to your hosting account control panel.
2. If you have multiple websites hosted on one account, go to the domain where you’d like to create an email address.
3. Click on email manager.
4. Go to the email setup screen. Add the username/email address of your choice together with the password that you would like to use for it.
5. Once done, go to Webmail, which is still under the email manager.
6. Try to log in to your account using the email address and password that you have setup.
7. Check if your Webmail is working by sending an email to yourself.
If the mail is sent successfully, you can now give the email address to your customers so that they can contact you easily. To access your mails, just log-in to your webmail account regularly or use the email forwarding services offered by your hosting server so that your emails will be sent to another address.
